Martina lives in Cologne, Germany with her family. She studied sport science at the German Sport University in Cologne with focus on sport with disabled. Martina coached several sport groups: sport with multiple sclerosis, sport with disease of the central and peripheral nervous system, cross country skiing with blind, wheelchair rugby, volleyball with kids. So she has a lot of experience with sport games and exercises which include people with different handicaps and ability levels.
Since 1999 she has been a Teacher at a secondary/junior high school for ages 10 to 16. She teaches her students in physical education and natural science. Her favorite sports are volleyball, skiing, hiking and a lot of ball games. Martina has experienced that sport, movement and education belong together. She wants to give people the opportunity to be creative, to learn about themselves and how sport can reduce stress.
