Laís Leão is a Brazilian Gender Activist, Speaker, Architect and Urban Planner specialized in Public Administration. Laís’ activism tackles urban inequalities through women’s lenses, fighting gender and urban inequalities by creating space for women to be part on public decisions and to use every space of the city freely and fearless.
Laís is the Founder and Executive Director of inCities – Network for Inclusive Cities, an organization that aims to support, connect and articulate initiatives in favor of safer and more inclusive cities for women in Latin America. Laís is part of the Global Shapers Community and was a Young Leader for the European Development Days 2018.
