Yoga started as a physical practice for Alyssa to heal stress and strain through her life as a runner and cyclist. As a fitness professional for over 10 years, she knows that yoga helps her body heal. She didn’t know until now how positively and deeply yoga would change how she experiences life. Her mind is more at peace and she can handle challenges with ease. Through teaching, she hopes to educate and inspire her students.
She wants them to walk away from class knowing something new about their body, mind and soul.
