A variety of accommodation options are available suitable for all delegation budgets. All YMCA175 hostels and hotels have been visited by the event team and checked for comfort and safety. YMCA175 hostels and hotels include breakfast.
Hostels are typically a more budget-style of accommodation, ranging from small shared rooms to large dormitory style rooms. Delegates who purchase tickets with hostel accommodation as part of their registration will have their rooms allocated by YMCA175.
There are limited family rooms available for those coming with children. Shower facilities are available in all hostels with a small number of rooms having en-suite facilities. You can register an interest in extra nights accommodation before and after YMCA175 during the registration process.
YMCA175 has booked 16 hostel locations across central London, all within 20 to 60 minutes travel time to ExCeL London (with a travel ticket included within the ticket price). YMCA175 will endeavour to keep National Delegations together in hostels. Family rooms are limited to specific hostels and therefore may be separate from a National Delegation.
Delegates booking event only tickets will have the option to add on hotel rooms for the duration of their stay through the YMCA175 hotel portal. All the rooms are at 2 to 4 star hotels, within a 10 minute walking distance of the venue and range from single occupancy, to twin bed, double and family rooms.
On average, hotel nights will be between £90 and £130 (depending on when delegates book, and subject to availability). You are able to add on additional nights stay for up to two days before and two days after YMCA175.
